Welcome to AUR Watches.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.aurwatch.com.

AUR Watches is a watch brand operated by Tiflo B.V., based in Breda, the Netherlands.

By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to the terms outlined below, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

2. PRODUCTS

AUR Watches offers automatic mechanical watches and related accessories.

We make every effort to display our products, specifications, colours and prices accurately.

Product images are intended to represent the actual product as faithfully as possible. Minor differences caused by screen settings or lighting may occur.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any additional charges will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is subject to acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and refund any payment received for the unavailable item.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Standard shipping is complimentary for all AUR watches within these countries.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer where appropriate.

Delivery takes place at the agreed destination. Statutory rules regarding delivery, risk of loss and delayed delivery remain applicable.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of their withdrawal, customers have another 14 days to return the product.

Customers may arrange and pay for return shipping themselves.

Alternatively, AUR Watches offers optional prepaid return labels at the following rates:

The Netherlands: €7.95
Belgium: €9.95
Germany: €9.95

If a customer expressly agrees to use our prepaid return label, the applicable fee may be deducted from the refund.

Necessary return costs for defective products or incorrect deliveries are covered by AUR Watches where required by law.

6. WARRANTY

Every AUR watch includes a two-year limited commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects affecting the automatic movement.

This commercial warranty does not generally cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or normal wear and tear.

The commercial warranty is additional to the customer's statutory consumer rights.

Customers remain entitled to the legal guarantee that products must conform to the contract, including any legally required remedies for defects affecting the case, bracelet or other components.

7. PRODUCT CARE & USE

AUR automatic watches are precision mechanical instruments.

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with their watch, including guidance on winding, setting the time and date, water resistance and maintenance.

Normal variations in mechanical timekeeping may occur within the movement's stated specifications.

Nothing in these instructions limits statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AUR brand name, logos, website content, product photography and other original materials are owned by Tiflo B.V. or used with permission from their respective rights holders.

These materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.

9. LIABILITY

AUR Watches aims to provide accurate information and reliable products.

We are responsible for our obligations under the sales contract and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

10. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Information about the collection, processing and protection of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to respond within a reasonable period and resolve complaints fairly and professionally.

Your right to pursue applicable legal remedies remains unaffected.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in other countries of the European Union of mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
